About the Role
Zoho is hiring Technical Support Engineers across their Tamil Nadu offices in Chennai, Salem, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli, and Madurai. This is a full time role open to both freshers and experienced candidates from any graduate background. You will be providing professional technical support to Zoho’s global customers helping them effectively use and troubleshoot Zoho’s wide range of cloud based business software products.

What You Will Work On
- Providing technical support to Zoho’s global customers via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Zoho’s cloud based software products
- Understanding customer business requirements and guiding them on effective product usage
- Logging and tracking customer support tickets and ensuring timely resolution
- Escalating complex technical issues to senior support engineers and product teams
- Preparing and updating technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
