About the Role
Capgemini is hiring Java Full Stack Developers for their Bangalore office as part of their 2026 recruitment. This is a permanent full time role open to candidates with relevant experience in Java full stack development. You will be working on designing, developing, and maintaining full stack Java applications that deliver powerful and scalable software solutions for Capgemini’s global clients across multiple industry verticals.

What You Will Work On
- Designing and developing full stack Java applications for global clients across multiple industries
- Building robust and scalable backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot framework
- Developing responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries and managing relational and non relational databases
- Working on microservices architecture and cloud based application development and deployment
- Collaborating with business analysts, architects, and client teams on software design and delivery
- Writing clean, efficient, and well tested code following industry best practices and coding standards
- Debugging and resolving complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering standards
- Supporting deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of full stack applications in production environments

- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field from a recognized university
- Relevant hands on experience in Java full stack development
