About the Role
Oracle is hiring Systems Analyst 1 Support professionals for their Bengaluru office. What You Will Work On
- Providing professional technical support and systems analysis assistance to Oracle’s global enterprise clients

- Handling support tickets and service requests within defined service level agreements and quality standards
- Collaborating with senior support engineers and product teams on complex technical issue resolution
- Documenting technical issues, root cause analyses, and resolutions accurately in Oracle’s support systems
- Supporting clients in understanding and effectively using Oracle’s enterprise technology platforms
- Escalating complex or unresolved technical issues to higher level support and engineering teams
