About the Role
LG Soft India is hiring Manual Test Engineers at the Associate level for their Bengaluru office. This is a full time role open to 2025 and 2026 batch graduates with a BE, BTech, MCA, or MTech degree. You will be working on planning, designing, and executing manual test cases for LG’s software products and consumer technology platforms ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability for products used by millions of LG customers worldwide.

What You Will Work On
- Designing, writing, and executing detailed manual test cases for LG’s software products and platforms
- Performing functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing on LG technology products
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and bugs using test management tools
- Collaborating with software developers, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure product quality
- Verifying bug fixes and validating new feature releases on LG’s consumer technology platforms
- Preparing detailed test plans, test execution reports, and quality metrics documentation
- Supporting user acceptance testing and ensuring products meet LG’s global quality standards
- Participating in agile development ceremonies and contributing to sprint testing activities
- Maintaining accurate and up to date test documentation and defect tracking records
- Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in software manual testing and quality engineering
