About the Role

Kyndryl is hiring Technical Support Specialists for their Hyderabad office. This is a full time role open to both freshers and experienced candidates who hold a BCA, BSc in Computer Science, or BCom in Computer Science degree. You will be providing professional technical support and IT assistance to Kyndryl’s global enterprise clients ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation of their critical IT systems and infrastructure.

This role is perfect for candidates who have a strong interest in IT systems, technical troubleshooting, and customer support and want to build their career at the world’s leading IT infrastructure services company.

What You Will Work On

  • Providing first and second level technical support to enterprise clients and end users
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network related issues
  • Handling IT support tickets and ensuring timely resolution within agreed service level agreements
  • Monitoring and maintaining critical IT systems and infrastructure for global enterprise clients
  • Escalating complex technical issues to higher level support teams when required
  • Documenting technical issues, resolutions, and support processes accurately in the ticketing system
  • Collaborating with internal IT teams and client stakeholders on technical problem resolution
  • Supporting installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software applications
  • Assisting in IT infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and patch management activities
  • Continuously building technical knowledge and staying updated with latest IT support technologies

  • Completed BCA, BSc in Computer Science, or BCom in Computer Science from a recognized university
