About the WE ELITE Program
Wipro’s WE ELITE is a premium fresher and early career hiring program designed to identify and recruit top engineering and graduate talent from across India. This is a full time program open to freshers and early career professionals from graduate and engineering backgrounds who are passionate about technology and want to build a high impact career at Wipro.
Selected candidates will go through Wipro’s structured onboarding and training program before being deployed on high impact technology projects for global clients across Wipro’s Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad offices. What You Will Work On
- Designing and developing software applications and IT solutions for Wipro’s global enterprise clients
- Working on digital transformation, cloud computing, and enterprise technology projects
- Writing clean, efficient, and well tested code for production level applications and systems
- Collaborating with senior engineers and global project teams on software development and delivery
- Participating in Wipro’s structured WE ELITE training and onboarding programs
- Supporting testing, debugging, and quality assurance of software applications and systems
- Working on data engineering, analytics, or infrastructure projects based on project allocation
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to engineering and consulting best practices
- Preparing technical documentation for software components and development processes

- Completed Graduate or Engineering degree from a recognized university
