About the Role
Cognizant is hiring freshers for their Digital Workplace Practice Service Desk team across multiple locations in India. This is a full time role open to 2025 and 2026 batch graduates who hold any 3 year undergraduate degree. What You Will Work On
- Providing first level IT service desk support and technical assistance to end users
- Handling service desk queries related to IT systems, digital workplace tools, and software applications
- Logging, tracking, and resolving IT support tickets within defined service level agreements
- Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network related issues for end users
- Escalating complex technical issues to higher level support teams when required
- Communicating clearly and professionally with users to understand and resolve their issues
- Maintaining accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborating with IT and digital workplace operations teams for smooth user experiences
- Following standard operating procedures and IT service management best practices at all times
