About the Role
Sutherland is hiring Associates for their Chennai office. This is a full time role open to freshers who hold an HSC, any graduation degree, a 10+5, or a 12+3 Diploma along with a valid Mandarin Language Certificate. You will be working in a professional customer support role providing assistance to Mandarin speaking clients and customers in a rotational shift environment.
This role follows a 5 days working schedule with 2 rotational days off and offers an expected salary package of Rs 3.5 LPA to Rs 5.5 LPA. Candidates must be comfortable working both day and night shifts and must hold a valid Mandarin Language Certificate as this is a mandatory requirement for this role.
What You Will Work On
- Providing professional customer support and assistance to Mandarin speaking clients and customers
- Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice, chat, or email in Mandarin and English
- Understanding customer queries and resolving them accurately and efficiently within defined timelines
- Logging and tracking customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support system
- Escalating complex customer issues to senior team members when required
