About the Role
EY is hiring Analysts for their Technology Strategy and Transformation department in Mumbai. This is a full time role open to freshers with a full time Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or ECE. No prior work experience is required — just strong technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and a genuine passion for technology consulting and digital transformation.
This role offers an expected salary package of Rs 4.5 LPA to Rs 6 LPA and gives you hands on experience working on real technology consulting and transformation projects for EY’s leading global and Indian clients across multiple industries.
What You Will Work On
- Supporting technology consulting and digital transformation projects for EY’s global and Indian clients
- Assisting in technology strategy development, assessment, and roadmap planning for client organizations
- Conducting research and analysis on emerging technologies, digital trends, and industry best practices
- Preparing detailed presentations, reports, and client deliverables for technology consulting engagements
- Collaborating with senior consultants and technology experts on project delivery and client interactions
- Supporting clients in evaluating and selecting technology solutions and transformation approaches
- Contributing to IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation advisory activities
- Participating in client meetings, workshops, and technology strategy discussions
- Documenting project findings, recommendations, and technology transformation outcomes clearly
- Continuously building knowledge of technology consulting frameworks and digital transformation methodologies
Who Can Apply – Eligibility Criteria
- Completed full time Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or ECE from a recognized university
- Freshers are welcome — no prior work experience required
- Strong understanding of technology concepts and digital transformation trends
