About the Internship
Synopsys is hiring VLSI and Microelectronics Interns for their offices in Bangalore, Noida, and Hyderabad. This is an 11 month internship open to students and freshers from the 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches who are pursuing or have recently completed their MTech in VLSI, Electronics, Microelectronics, or related fields. What You Will Work On
- Working on VLSI chip design, verification, and simulation projects using industry standard EDA tools
- Supporting digital or analog circuit design, layout, and physical design activities
- Assisting in functional verification of semiconductor IP and chip designs using SystemVerilog or UVM
- Working on RTL design, synthesis, and timing analysis for digital integrated circuits
- Supporting research and development activities in microelectronics and semiconductor technology
- Collaborating with senior VLSI engineers and chip design teams on real engineering projects
- Performing simulations, analysis, and debugging of VLSI designs using Synopsys EDA tools
- Preparing detailed technical documentation for design work and engineering findings
- Participating in design reviews and contributing to engineering discussions
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in VLSI, microelectronics, and semiconductor technology
Who Can Apply – Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MTech in VLSI, Electronics, Microelectronics, or related field

- Strong foundation in VLSI design, digital electronics, and semiconductor concepts
