About the Role

Sutherland is hiring Associates and Senior Associates for their Navi Mumbai office. This is a full time work from office role open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who hold at least a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. You will be working in a professional customer support and business process role delivering excellent service experiences to Sutherland’s global clients and their end customers in a rotational shift environment.

What You Will Work On

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice, chat, or email channels professionally

  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to senior team members and subject matter experts promptly
