About the Role
HCLTech is hiring Process Associates for their Voice Process team in Bangalore. This is a full time work from office role open to 2024 and 2025 batch graduates from any UG or PG Arts and Science background. No prior work experience is required — just strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.

- Handling inbound and outbound voice calls for global clients in a professional manner
