About the Role
EY is hiring Testing professionals for their Wealth and Asset Management practice in Chennai. This is a full time role open to freshers with a BE or BTech degree in IT, Computer Science, or Circuit branches. No prior work experience is required — just strong technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and a genuine interest in software testing and financial technology.
This role gives you hands on experience working on software testing projects within EY’s Wealth and Asset Management technology practice serving some of the world’s leading financial institutions and investment management companies.
What You Will Work On
- Designing, writing, and executing test cases for wealth and asset management software applications
- Performing functional, regression, integration, and system testing on WAM technology platforms
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and bugs in the testing management system
- Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project teams to ensure software quality
- Supporting test automation initiatives for wealth and asset management application testing
- Verifying bug fixes and validating new feature releases on WAM platforms before go live
- Preparing detailed test reports, test summary documents, and quality metrics for project stakeholders
- Understanding wealth and asset management business processes to design effective test scenarios
- Participating in agile development ceremonies and contributing to sprint testing activities
- Staying updated with the latest trends in software testing and wealth management technology
Who Can Apply – Eligibility Criteria
- Completed BE or BTech in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related circuit branches from a recognized university
