About the Role
Accenture is hiring Order to Cash Operations New Associates for their Bengaluru office. This is a full time role open to freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who hold any graduation degree. You will be working on supporting end to end Order to Cash operations processes for Accenture’s global clients helping ensure smooth, accurate, and timely processing of orders, billing, collections, and cash application activities.
This role is ideal for freshers who have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in finance operations and business process management at a globally respected professional services company.
What You Will Work On
- Supporting end to end Order to Cash operations processes for Accenture’s global enterprise clients
- Processing customer orders, sales invoices, and billing documentation accurately and on time
- Managing accounts receivable activities including cash application, collections, and dispute resolution
- Monitoring and tracking outstanding receivables and following up on overdue payments professionally
- Preparing detailed Order to Cash reports, aging analysis, and operational dashboards for stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal finance teams and client stakeholders on order processing and collections
- Ensuring compliance with client specific Order to Cash policies and process guidelines at all times
- Supporting month end and quarter end Order to Cash closing and reconciliation activities
- Identifying process gaps and contributing to continuous improvement of Order to Cash workflows
- Maintaining accurate records of all Order to Cash transactions and operational documentation
