About the Role
Accenture is hiring Custom Software Engineers for their Packaged Application Development department in Hyderabad. This is a full time role open to candidates with 15 years of full time education and 0 to 2 years of experience who have knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management. You will be working on designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow based solutions for Accenture’s global clients across multiple industries.

What You Will Work On
- Designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications and IT service management solutions
- Configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Building and maintaining workflows, business rules, and scripted solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Integrating ServiceNow with third party applications and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Supporting clients in implementing ServiceNow IT Service Management best practices
- Collaborating with senior engineers and solution architects on ServiceNow implementation projects
- Testing, debugging, and optimizing ServiceNow applications for performance and reliability
- Preparing technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations
- Participating in client discussions and contributing to ServiceNow solution design activities
- Staying updated with the latest ServiceNow platform features and IT service management trends
Who Can Apply – Eligibility Criteria
- Completed 15 years of full time education from a recognized institution
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are eligible to apply
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow platform and IT Service Management concepts
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript is an advantage
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for system integration is a plus
