About the Program
Synopsys is hiring Simulation Automation Apprentices for their Bengaluru office. This is a full time 12 month apprenticeship program open to 2024 and 2025 batch BE and BTech graduates. No prior work experience is required — just strong engineering fundamentals and a genuine passion for simulation, automation, and semiconductor technology.
The program is scheduled to start in June or July 2026 and will be conducted entirely from Synopsys’s Bengaluru office. This apprenticeship gives you structured hands on training and real world experience working on simulation automation projects at one of the world’s leading semiconductor and EDA technology companies.
What You Will Work On
- Supporting the development and automation of simulation workflows and testing frameworks
- Writing scripts and automation tools to improve simulation efficiency and reliability
- Working on verification and validation of semiconductor design simulation environments
- Assisting in building and maintaining automated test suites for EDA simulation platforms
- Collaborating with senior simulation and automation engineers on real engineering projects
- Analyzing simulation results and preparing detailed technical reports and documentation
- Debugging and resolving issues in simulation scripts and automation workflows
- Learning and working with industry standard EDA and simulation tools used at Synopsys
- Participating in engineering reviews and contributing to simulation automation best practices

Who Can Apply – Eligibility Criteria
- Completed BE or BTech from a recognized university
