About the Role

Schneider Electric is hiring Service Desk Analysts for their Bangalore office on a hybrid work model. This is a full time role open to both freshers and experienced candidates who hold a Graduate Degree from any discipline. You will be providing professional IT service desk support to Schneider Electric’s global employees and stakeholders ensuring smooth and efficient resolution of technology related queries and incidents.

What You Will Work On

  • Providing first and second level IT service desk support to Schneider Electric’s global employees
  • Handling IT support tickets, incidents, and service requests through multiple communication channels
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and application related issues for end users
  • Logging, tracking, and managing IT incidents in the service management system accurately
  • Escalating complex technical issues to higher level IT support teams with detailed documentation
