About the Role
Meesho is hiring Trainee Recruitment Coordinators for their Bangalore office. This is a full time on site role open to freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree. You will be supporting Meesho’s talent acquisition team in coordinating end to end recruitment activities that help attract and hire the best talent for one of India’s most exciting and fast growing e-commerce companies.
This role is perfect for freshers who are organized, detail oriented, and passionate about human resources and talent acquisition and want to start their career in recruitment at a globally backed and highly respected Indian startup.
What You Will Work On
- Supporting end to end recruitment coordination activities for Meesho’s talent acquisition team
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently
- Managing candidate pipelines and updating recruitment tracking systems and databases accurately
- Communicating professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and hiring teams on interview feedback and hiring decisions
- Preparing and sending offer letters, onboarding documentation, and joining formalities
- Supporting campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and hiring events as required
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions
- Assisting in posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
- Continuously improving recruitment coordination processes and candidate experience workflows
Who Can Apply – Eligibility Criteria
- Completed Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a recognized university
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
- Good organizational and time management skills for managing multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment records
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic startup environment
- Must be willing to work on site from the Bangalore office full time
