About the Role
Sutherland is hiring Associates for their Chennai office. This is a full time role open to both freshers and experienced candidates who hold an HSC, any graduation degree, a 10+5, or a 12+3 Diploma along with a valid Mandarin Language Certificate. You will be working in a customer facing role providing professional support and assistance to Mandarin speaking clients and customers in a rotational shift environment.
This role follows a 5 days working schedule with 2 rotational days off and requires candidates to be comfortable working both day and night shifts as per business requirements. Mandarin language proficiency is a key requirement for this role making it a specialized and highly valuable career opportunity.
What You Will Work On
- Providing professional customer support and assistance to Mandarin speaking clients and customers
- Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice, chat, or email in Mandarin and English
- Understanding customer queries and resolving them accurately and efficiently within defined timelines
- Logging and tracking customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system
- Escalating complex customer issues to senior team members when required
