- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Support DFT implementation activities
- Work on scan insertion and ATPG generation
- Assist in debugging DFT-related issues
- Collaborate with design and verification teams
- Maintain documentation and reports
