Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RFIC layouts based on circuit schematics
- Work on advanced semiconductor technologies such as GaN, GaAs, and CMOS
- Perform layout verification and DRC/LVS checks
- Collaborate with RF designers and cross-functional teams
- Ensure layout quality, performance, and reliability
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with technologies: GaN, GaAs, CMOS
- Proficiency in EDA tools: Cadence Virtuoso / ADS
- Strong understanding of RF concepts and layout techniques
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
